Fix It Yourself: Guided Remote Repair

A live Google Meet video session where a Printomancy technician walks you through diagnosing and repairing your own 3D printer, step by step. Available only to customers outside our North Florida on-site service area (Clay, Duval, St. Johns, Nassau, Baker, Putnam, Flagler, and Alachua counties). Customers inside that area are served by our on-site repair visits.

$50/hour, 1-hour minimum. Time after the first hour is billed in 15-minute increments at $12.50 each. Select "First Hour (Minimum)" for every session and add one "Additional 15 Minutes" for each extra quarter hour.

Guidance only: you perform all work on your printer. Printomancy provides instruction and advice but does not guarantee the outcome of any self-repair and is not responsible for damage, lost prints, or voided manufacturer warranties resulting from work you perform.
