Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:

Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Items
Ready-made, in-stock items may be returned if unused and in their original condition.

Non-Returnable Items
Because most of our products are 3D printed to order, the following cannot be returned unless defective or damaged in transit:
- Custom or personalized prints
- Made-to-order items printed specifically for your order
- Items marked "final sale" at checkout

Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return
Email printomancy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Return Shipping
For eligible non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Defective/damaged items ship back at our expense.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
