Service Call Pricing

Every repair visit starts with a service call fee, which covers diagnostics and travel within Zone 1. If you proceed with the repair during the same visit, this fee is credited toward the total repair cost.

Travel Zones

Travel within Zone 1 is included in your service call. Beyond that, a flat travel fee is added per on-site visit based on your zone. Your first visit is travel-free in Zones 1 and 2, and members pay half the travel fee on every visit. Distances are driving miles from Middleburg, FL.

Membership

For regular maintenance and priority scheduling, join as a member. Members also get access to discounted parts packages (PTFE tube swaps, nozzle swaps) redeemable during any scheduled visit.

What's Included in a Membership Visit

Monthly A lighter-touch version of the quarterly service — quick inspection, spot lubrication as needed, debris/dust cleanup, and a calibration check.
Quarterly A full maintenance pass — PTFE tube inspection/swap as needed, full lubrication, thorough debris cleanup, and complete calibration.

Additional issues found during a visit will always be diagnosed and quoted before any extra work begins.

Supported Brands

We currently service Bambu Lab, Elegoo, and Anycubic filament (FDM) printers. Have a resin printer or a brand not listed? Reach out first — we're always expanding coverage.

Manufacturer Warranty Disclosure If your printer is still under its manufacturer's warranty, please be aware that Printomancy operates as an independent repair service and is not an authorized manufacturer partner. Service performed by us will likely void any remaining manufacturer warranty. If you'd prefer to pursue a warranty repair through the manufacturer first, simply let us know before your scheduled visit.

Step 1: Book Your Visit

Pick a day and a 2-hour arrival window, and your technician will arrive within that window. Weekday windows run 10am–2pm and weekend windows 10am–6pm. Dates we're already booked, at vendor events, or closed for holidays won't appear. On-site visits are for customers in our North Florida service area only. Check your zip code before booking.

We'll confirm your booking and any travel fee by email. Need to change it? Use the reschedule or cancel link in your confirmation email.

Already booked? Fill out the repair request so we arrive with the right parts and tools. Not ready to pick a time? Submit the request on its own and we'll follow up to schedule.

Can't get a technician to your door? Get one on your screen. In a live Google Meet video session, a Printomancy technician walks you through diagnosing and repairing your own printer, step by step, while you do the hands-on work.

Each additional 15 minutes $12.50

  3. Join the Google Meet link from a phone or laptop you can point at your printer.
  4. We diagnose the problem together and guide you through the fix in real time.
