Service Call Pricing

Every repair visit starts with a service call fee, which covers travel and diagnostics. If you proceed with the repair during the same visit, this fee is credited toward the total repair cost.

Service Call — Standard Every visit after your first $60
Rush Service (STAT) Same-day or next-day, best-effort scheduling +$25
Parts Billed at cost + 20%, capped at $10 per part Cost + 20%
Customer-Supplied Parts No markup — but fit, quality, and outcome cannot be guaranteed No charge

Membership

For regular maintenance and priority scheduling, join as a member. Members also get access to discounted parts packages (PTFE tube swaps, nozzle swaps) redeemable during any scheduled visit.

Quarterly Fixed 3- or 6-month term $75/quarter per printer

Have 3 or more printers? Members get a 10% multi-printer discount.

What's Included in a Membership Visit

Visit Type Technician Will Complete
Monthly A lighter-touch version of the quarterly service — quick inspection, spot lubrication as needed, debris/dust cleanup, and a calibration check.
Quarterly A full maintenance pass — PTFE tube inspection/swap as needed, full lubrication, thorough debris cleanup, and complete calibration.

Additional issues found during a visit will always be diagnosed and quoted before any extra work begins.

Manufacturer Warranty Disclosure If your printer is still under its manufacturer's warranty, please be aware that Printomancy operates as an independent repair service and is not an authorized manufacturer partner. Service performed by us will likely void any remaining manufacturer warranty. If you'd prefer to pursue a warranty repair through the manufacturer first, simply let us know before your scheduled visit.
